Merlin Corbin
Merlin Corbin is a grassroots entrepreneur with a global perspective and a track record of scaling ventures across multiple industries. The 2nd of 9 children in a family of 11, he spent two years in Japan as a missionary before earning a degree in International Relations at BYU.
He began his career as a professional pianist, but soon shifted into finance, becoming a Series 7 NASDAQ Registered Representative. Over the next 20 years, Merlin worked in Real Estate, Oil & Gas, AI Infrastructure & Tech and Healthcare Technology, developing multi-country revenue models and co-founding an energy drink distribution business that grew through celebrity endorsements, NASCAR promotions, and nationwide B2C/B2B channels.

Founded in 2002, Marathon Business Group Inc. has been Merlin’s primary venture for more than two decades. The firm focuses on launching and scaling high-growth companies in medical biotechnology, energy, and data-driven innovation. Marathon partners with elite investor networks to secure growth capital and position ventures valued between $10M–$100M for long-term success.
